Recently I have helped a client find a Number 2 for his company, a person who is going to work with him to help him push through some changes and to bring the company forward, so a very important figure within the company.During this process that we worked through, the first round of the interviews, where we interviewed, I think, about eight or nine people, I noticed that really ought to give, some sort of guidance to people who are going to interviews to try to find a job, and to give the guidance from the point of view of someone on the other side of the table. It’s based on my experience both in London and also here in Italy.This podcast gives guidance on the correct behaviours necessary for a candidate going to an interview. We will look at what to do before, during and after the interview to give you the best chance of demonstrating your value. It is advise from someone who is the hirer and what he look for
