BPiE has not looked at negotiating before in the public arena but has always spoken to individual clients on a case by case basis. However due to many requests for our point of view on how to tackle negotiations in a second language of English yet in a professional manner, we have decided today to start a series of podcasts on the topic. This first podcast discusses the real problems faced and the first two of the many rules that need to be understood to be successful.
