And if you are still wondering who we are?

Mark Olding

…..is a coach, speaker and broadcaster who helps world-class organisations dramatically improve their performance by altering the behaviours of the people that work for them. Great results stem from incremental improvements in professional behaviour and we work with our clients to: Discover where the most effective incremental changes can be made; Develop specific interventions to tackle any knowledge gaps; Communicate training strategies that rapidly improve the bottom line; Motivate their people with compelling reasons for being professional; Establish accountability for the training strategies used; Provide a reliable support after the primary initiatives are complete

Though some of his interventions are in Italian, the vast majority of his programmes are conducted in English so as to combine qualified language training with a content that really makes a direct impact on clients’ effectiveness, relationships and contentment. All of this work will improve effective behaviour and accelerate the development of solid professional relationships for the people for whom English is a second language.

The individuals he coaches, and therefore the companies they work for, are able through his work to become more productive, more directed, and significantly more presentable. This has led to not only direct benefits such as increased orders, better external client relationships and more effective behaviour but has also produced ancillary benefits such as increased teamwork through improved internal client relations and the greatest driver of team building: better results.

Before moving to Italy Mark worked for some of the largest financial institutions in the world, such as Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan where over a 20 year career, he directly led to profits in excess of $400 million. As a proprietary trader the experience of having to produce positive results in a rapidly changing environment was a challenge and has given him a great deal of respect for those individuals, whether or not involved in the financial world, who consistently produce profits for their companies.

Outside of family and work Mark has always enjoyed martial arts. He is the holder of a third dan grade in Kyokushinkai karate and has competed internationally in that sport. Since 2008 he has been involved in judo where he has also appeared in competition, though less successfully!
